My leadership career began in the British Army, followed by management in industry, rising to Chief Executive. At this time, I elected to undertake an MBA to develop and expand my business skills. In 2004, this led to a change in direction to Transformational Business Coaching, under the umbrella of an international franchise. In 2010, I was invited to expand the franchise’s global reach into the Middle East, relocating to Dubai and Saudi Arabia. Three years later I moved client-side, as Head of Corporate Development to oversee the implementation of a 5-year strategy I had been instrumental in designing. I remained a Saudi resident for 7 years, returning to the UK in Summer of 2021.

During my career I am privileged to have learnt from extraordinary people across a broad range of sectors, enabling me to share best practice and insights, to stay relevant in an ever-evolving business landscape. An interest in human behaviour inspires my on-going personal development, which in turn provides insight, perspective and a valuable resource for my coaching practice….as do my own personal successes and the tough and empowering lessons learnt from my failures.
